Bloomberg Law | Aggressive antitrust enforcement on AI would be premature and slow progress

White & Case partner and Global co-Head of Antitrust Jack Pace published an article in Bloomberg Law responding to recent calls for increased antitrust enforcement in AI innovation.

Jack argues that aggressive intervention to steer AI's development risks harming fast-evolving technology markets, writing that "due to the dynamic nature of the AI revolution and the potential blow heavy-handed antitrust enforcement could cause, caution is appropriate."
