London partner and Head of UK Public M&A, Patrick Sarch, was featured in City AM's coverage of rising short-selling activity in UK public markets. The article examined growing pressure on listed companies, particularly in the housebuilding and consumer sectors, and the implications for boards and investors.

He also highlighted that "at a macro level, shorting continues to play a healthy role in capital markets, supporting price discovery, liquidity, transparency and market discipline."
