Global law firm White & Case LLP has expanded its Global Mergers & Acquisitions Practice and Global Private Equity Industry Group with the addition of Giovanni Spedicato as a partner in Milan.

Giovanni advises private equity sponsors and leading industrial players on complex mergers and acquisitions, including joint ventures, private equity transactions, divestitures, strategic commercial contracts, corporate governance and venture capital. He joins White & Case from Latham & Watkins, where he was counsel, and brings 15 years of experience.
