Global law firm White & Case LLP has expanded its Global Mergers & Acquisitions Practice with the addition of Nick Rainsford as a partner in London.

Nick advises infrastructure funds, pension funds, sovereign wealth funds and corporates on infrastructure and energy mergers and acquisitions across EMEA. He also advises on investment solutions for family offices, founders, sovereign wealth funds and other sources of private capital. Nick joins White & Case from Baker McKenzie, where he was partner, and brings more than 20 years of experience.
