Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Nordic private equity firm Adelis on the acquisition of real estate technology company Diakrit. 

Adelis is a private equity firm focused on the Nordic mid-market with approximately €2 billion in assets under management. Since raising its first fund in 2013, Adelis has been one of the most active investors in the Nordic mid-market, making 31 platform investments and more than 130 add-on acquisitions.
