Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Mediobanca S.p.A. and UniCredit Bank AG, as joint arrangers, on the update of ASTM's €5 billion Euro Medium Term Note (EMTN) Programme.
ASTM is an international infrastructure operator managing motorway networks under concession.
ASTM has also published its first Green Finance Framework, which will enable the group to access green finance instruments, such as green bonds and green loans, to support the financing and refinancing of eligible green projects.
The White & Case team that advised on the transaction included partners Michael Immordino (London & Milan) and Pietro Magnaghi (Milan) and lawyer Stefano Cultrera (Milan).
