White & Case advises Autostrade per l’Italia on €750 million bond issuance

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Autostrade per l’Italia S.p.A. on the issuance of €750 million 4.25% fixed rate bonds due in 2033, under its Euro Medium Term Notes Programme.

The notes were placed with institutional investors. Barclays, BNP Paribas, CaixaBank, Crédit Agricole CIB, Goldman Sachs International, IMI – Intesa Sanpaolo, ING, J.P. Morgan, Mediobanca, Morgan Stanley, MUFG, Santander and UniCredit arranged the placement.

The White & Case team that advised on the transaction was led by partners Michael Immordino (London and Milan) and Pietro Magnaghi (Milan) and included lawyer Stefano Cultrera (Milan).
