White & Case Advises Bank Consortium on Debut Bond Issuance of Wirecard with Principal Amount of €500 Million

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised the joint global coordinators Crédit Agricole CIB, Deutsche Bank and ING, the active bookrunners Citigroup and Credit Suisse, and the passive bookrunners ABN and Lloyds, on the debut bond issue by Wirecard AG with an aggregate principal amount of €500 million.

The notes have a term of five years and a fixed coupon of 0.500% and are guaranteed by Wirecard's subsidiaries Wirecard Technologies GmbH, Wirecard Sales International Holding GmbH, Wirecard Payment Solutions Holdings Limited, CardSystems Middle-East FZ-LLC und Wirecard Processing FZ-LLC. The bonds were admitted to trading on the Euro MTF of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange. The Wirecard group issued the publicly traded bond for the first time.
