White & Case advises bank syndicate on €650 million loan financing for Ströer

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised the bank syndicate on a €650 million loan financing for Ströer SE & Co. KGaA (Ströer).
The new revolving credit facility has an initial term of five years, with two one-year extension options. Eight major banks have joined the international syndicate. ABN AMRO Bank N.V., SEB and UniCredit Bank AG acted as coordinators, UniCredit Bank AG as agent and SEB as documentation agent.
The White & Case team in Frankfurt which advised on the transaction was led by counsel Sascha H. Schmidt and included partner Thomas Flatten and associate Michael Bittner.
