White & Case Advises Bank Syndicate on Federal Republic of Germany's Issuance of €4 Billion Federal Bond

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised a syndicate of banks under the lead management of BNP Paribas, Citi, Deutsche Bank, GSBE and J.P. Morgan on the issuance of a €4 billion federal bond by the Federal Republic of Germany (Bund), represented by the Federal Ministry of Finance.

The Federal Ministry of Finance is represented by Bundesrepublik Deutschland - Finanzagentur GmbH (Finance Agency) and the bond has a principal amount of €4 billion, a 30-year term and a fixed coupon of 0.00%.

The White & Case team in Frankfurt that advised on the transaction was led by partner Karsten Wöckener and included associate Daniel Gillenkirch.
