Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised the bank syndicate consisting of BNP Paribas and HSBC Continental Europe, acting as Joint Global Coordinators, and Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, Natixis and Société Générale on the €1.14 billion sale by Renault S.A. of its entire stake in Daimler AG, representing approximately 16.45 million shares and 1.54 percent of Daimler's share capital.
The disposal was carried out by way of an international private placement to institutional investors with an accelerated bookbuilding process.
Daimler's shares are listed on the regulated markets of Stuttgart and Frankfurt.
