
White & Case advises banking consortium on TenneT’s €12 billion credit facility

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised a banking consortium comprising BNP, Deutsche Bank, ING and UniCredit on a €12 billion revolving credit facility for TenneT GmbH & Co. KG (TenneT), a European transmission system operator and one of the largest investors in onshore and offshore power grids in Germany.
The credit facility has an initial term of five years with two extension options of up to two years and supports the further expansion of the transmission network in TenneT Germany's grid area.
