White & Case advises banks on Euronext N.V. inaugural issue of bonds convertible into new shares and/or exchangeable for existing shares

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised a syndicate of banks on the inaugural issue by Euronext N.V. of senior unsecured bonds convertible into new shares and/or exchangeable for existing shares of Euronext due 2032 for a nominal amount of €425 million.
The bank syndicate was led by BNP Paribas and BofA Securities Europe as joint global coordinators.
Euronext is the leading European capital market infrastructure in the region, connecting the economies of Europe with global capital.
The White & Case team in Paris which advised on the transaction was led by partner Tatiana Uskova and included partners Olga Fedosova and Séverin Robillard and associate Eva Brunelli Brondex.
