White & Case advises on B&M European Value Retail’s migration and London listing

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised BofA Securities, as sponsor, on the statutory migration of B&M European Value Retail from Luxembourg to Jersey and the admission of its ordinary shares to the Equity Shares (Commercial Companies) Category of the FCA and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed security.

B&M is a discount retailer, operating from approximately 800 high street shops and out-of-town retail parks across the UK and France.
