White & Case advises Cardinal Health, Inc. on US$1 billion notes offering

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Cardinal Health, Inc. on a public offering of US$1 billion senior notes comprising US$600 million aggregate principal amount of 4.500% notes due 2030 and US$400 million aggregate principal amount of 5.150% notes due 2035.

Cardinal Health is a distributor of pharmaceuticals, a global manufacturer and distributor of medical and laboratory products, and a provider of performance and data solutions for health care facilities.
