White & Case Advises Catella on Sale of Majority Stake in Catella Asset Management to Arkéa Investment Services

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Catella AB (publ) on the sale of its majority stake in its French subsidiary Catella Asset Management to Arkéa Investment Services (Arkéa IS).

Following the transaction Arkéa IS will be the majority shareholder of 75 percent of Catella Asset Management, with the balance held by its managers, and the company name will change to Arkéa Real Estate. The company is intended to support Arkéa IS' future developments in real estate.

The White & Case team in Paris which advised on the transaction was led by partner Marc Petitier with support from associates Yeram Kim and Laure Bauduret.
