Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Citira Holding AB (Citira), a portfolio company of Norvestor, on its acquisition of Malte Månson from private equity firm Accent Equity.
Citira is a sustainable tire management provider and consists of more than 150 service points, 5 retreading sites, more than 1,200 employees and in-house logistics covering the Nordics, UK and Poland.
Malte Månson is a Swedish truck and bus maintenance service provider. By combining Citira’s tire service with Malte Månson’s vehicle maintenance, the two companies intend to build a convenient full-service offering for heavy vehicle fleets in Sweden and beyond.
