Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Datalogic S.r.l., a subsidiary of Euronext STAR Milan-listed Datalogic S.p.A., on the acquisition of the entire share capital in PEKAT s.r.o., a Czech company that develops proprietary machine and algorithm learning for application in supply chains and industrial automation.
The acquisition, which closed on March 21, 2022, will allow Datalogic to widen its product range offered to customers across a variety of industries.
The White & Case team that advised on the transaction included partner Leonardo Graffi (Milan), local partner Marianna Galusová (Prague) and associate Petra Zůnová (Prague).
