Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Carlyle Group and Deutsche Bank on a private debt financing to support WeAreProject's acquisition of HS Sistemi.
WeAreProject is a portfolio company of EMK Capital and H.I.G. Capital. HS Sistemi is a company active in the provision of IT infrastructure solutions and services, with over thirty years of history and a widespread presence across Italy.
The White & Case team in Milan which advised on the transaction included partners Stefano Bellani and Giovanni Spedicato and associates Nicola Tosin and Gabriele Costanzo Piccinino.
