Biography

Giovanni Spedicato is a partner in the Milan office and practices in the areas of private and public M&A, Private Equity and Corporate.

Giovanni regularly assists Italian and international private equity sponsors, industrial clients and investment banks on cross-border and domestic transactions in a number of sectors - including aerospace, defense and government services, energy, infrastructure, entertainment, sports and media and retail & consumer products.

Before joining White & Case, Giovanni spent 14 years at a top-tier American law firm, where he developed deep expertise in private equity and M&A transactions.
