Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised DPC Holdings PLC (Doncasters) on its US$325 million senior unsecured multi-currency revolving credit facility with an initial three-year maturity date.

The debt refinancing is expected to increase liquidity and financial flexibility, reduce annual interest expenses, extend debt maturities and replace the company's pre-IPO financing facilities. The facility, held initially by a syndicate of six banks, can be extended by an additional two years at Doncasters' discretion and includes uncommitted accordion capacity of up to US$150 million.

Doncasters is a leading international manufacturer of highly engineered precision engine products serving the aerospace and industrial gas turbine markets. The company operates globally across 14 advanced manufacturing facilities, with vertically integrated operations serving strategic partnerships with major blue-chip customers.

The White & Case team was led by partners Yehuda Rubel (New York) and Colin Harley (London), and supported by associates Emily Brewster (Los Angeles), Joe Christensen (Boston) and Oliver Taylor (London).
