White & Case Advises ENGIE's Board of Directors on Sale of EQUANS for €7.1 Billion

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised the Board of Directors of ENGIE on its entry into exclusive negotiations with Bouygues for the sale of 100 percent of EQUANS.
Bouygues' firm and binding offer values EQUANS at €7.1 billion on an enterprise value basis. The proposed transaction will be submitted to the relevant employee representative bodies for consultation and is expected to close in the second half of 2022, subject to regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions.
