White & Case Advises on €212 million Placement of De' Longhi's Shares through Accelerated Book Build

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised De' Longhi Industrial S.A. on the placement of 6,000,000 ordinary shares of De' Longhi S.p.A., equivalent to a total amount of approximately €212 million.

The placement was carried out through an accelerated bookbuild offering to qualified investors.

UBS Investment Bank acted as sole bookrunner for the placement.

The White & Case team that advised on the transaction comprised partners Michael Immordino (Milan, London) and Ferigo Foscari (Milan) and associates Alessandro Picchi and John Sanders (both Milan).
