Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised EverWind, the Nova Scotia–based energy infrastructure company, on its CAD 10 billion private investment in a data center campus at its existing Point Tupper industrial site. White & Case also supported EverWind with components of its long-term lease agreement with a leading frontier AI developer for the initial phase of the Point Tupper campus.

The planned investment includes more than CAD 8 billion to develop, construct, own and finance the campus, alongside CAD 2 billion to advance EverWind's Nova Scotia onshore wind portfolio. The combined project portfolio represents the largest privately funded investment in Nova Scotia history.

The White & Case team was led by partners Andrew Weisberg and Nandan Nelivigi (both in New York), and included associates Mallika Singh (London) and Tunmise Omotoyinbo (New York).
