White & Case advises Goldman Sachs on €290 million repurchase of Repubblica di San Marino notes and new €350 million sovereign bond issuance

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Goldman Sachs, as dealer manager, on the repurchase of Repubblica di San Marino notes issued in 2021 by means of a tender offer with a maximum aggregate principal amount of approximately €290 million.

White & Case also advised Goldman Sachs, as lead manager, on Repubblica di San Marino's issuance of €350 million 6.5% notes due 2027. The notes have been offered exclusively to professional investors pursuant to Regulation S under the US Securities Act and are listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange's Euro MTF market.
