Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Impresoft and its controlling shareholder Clessidra Private Equity on the financing aspects of the sale of 4ward to Lodestar, a portfolio company of Renaissance Partners.

Impresoft is an Italian group active in the enterprise software and technology consulting market.

Lodestar is an Italian group focused on the Microsoft ecosystem that supports organizations in their digital transformation and adoption of artificial intelligence.

4ward specializes in artificial intelligence infrastructure and cybersecurity.
