Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Ionic Digital Inc. and its Board of Directors on a comprehensive corporate governance settlement with certain Ionic stockholders, Figure Markets Holdings Inc. and GXD Labs LLC in advance of Ionic's 2025 annual stockholder meeting.
