White & Case advises lenders to CVC Capital Partners on acquisition of Clevertech Group

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised the lenders to CVC Capital Partners on its acquisition of Clevertech Group, an Italian-headquartered global leader in industrial automation solutions.
