Biography
Dhruv Bhatia is an associate in the Firm's Debt Finance Practice in London. Dhruv has experience advising private equity firms, major banks, private credit firms and corporations on various cross-border transactions, including acquisition financings, refinancings and general bank lending. This experience is further complemented by his secondment to Goldman Sachs in London, where he worked on a number of market leading syndicated leverage finance transactions.

Advising Sidara Limited on the debt finance aspects of its offer to acquire John Wood Group PLC, a global engineering business listed on the London Stock Exchange.
Advising the mandated lead arrangers in connection with the financing of Triton Partners' acquisition of V&N Group, a leading multi-utility service provider.
