White & Case Advises Lottery.com on Its Business Combination and Nasdaq Listing

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Lottery.com, a leading technology company that is transforming how, where and when lottery is played, on its business combination with Trident Acquisitions Corp., a publicly traded special purpose acquisition company (SPAC). The combined public company, renamed Lottery.com Inc., began trading on Nasdaq on Monday, November 1, 2021, under the ticker symbols LTRY and LTRYW, respectively. 

Through its engaging mobile and online platforms, Lottery.com enables players and commercial partners located in the United States and internationally to remotely purchase legally sanctioned lottery games.
