White & Case advises MidEuropa on acquisition of Romanian Business Consult

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised MidEuropa on its acquisition of Romanian Business Consult (RBC), a premier provider of integrated retail solutions focused on optimising sales, store efficiency, and customer shopping experiences in Romania.

Founded in 1991, RBC is recognised for its deep sector expertise and long-standing customer relationships and provides mission-critical IT systems and integration services to blue-chip retail and banking clients spanning consulting, systems integration, custom software development and long-term support.

MidEuropa is central Europe's largest private equity firm with a history spanning more than 20 years, and holds in excess of €6 billion in assets under management and has invested in 46 businesses to date.
