Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised MLP Group S.A., a Poland-based real estate company, on its supplementary issuance of €100 million Senior Green Notes maturing in 2029.
The proceeds will be used to finance and refinance eligible green assets in line with MLP Group’s Green Financing Framework, while also providing greater financial flexibility to accelerate the development of strategic logistics and industrial projects across Europe.
MLP Group will apply for the admission of the high-yield notes to trading on the Official List of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and on the exchange’s Euro MTF Market.
