Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Presto Automation, Inc., a leading labor automation technology provider in the hospitality industry, on the completion of its merger with Ventoux CCM Acquisition Corp, and the listing of the combined company on Nasdaq. Presto shares and warrants began trading on Thursday, September 22 under the ticker symbols "PRST" and "PRSTW," respectively, and the company rang the closing bell at Nasdaq on September 28.
