White & Case partner Petr Hudec, who led the Firm's deal team, said: "This transaction underscores the continued confidence of the capital markets in IDS and its credit story. Building on last year's successful issuances, we are delighted to have once again supported the company in successfully accessing the bond markets."

The notes were issued under IDS Financing plc's existing EMTN programme on which White & Case also advised. Goldman Sachs, ING Bank, MUFG, NatWest and SMBC acted as joint lead managers.

Its shares were formerly admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange until the company was acquired by the Czech-based EP Group, controlled by Daniel Křetínský, in 2025. Royal Mail is the UK's leading postal and delivery service provider, operating the Royal Mail and Parcelforce Worldwide brands. GLS is one of the largest parcel service providers in Europe, with a growing presence in North America and Asia. Together, Royal Mail and GLS combine national heritage with global reach, serving millions of customers in the UK and worldwide.

The White & Case team advising on the transaction included partners Petr Hudec (Prague) and Stuart Matty (London), and associates David Mikyska and Anna Bezděková (both Prague).
