White & Case advises Varma Mutual Pension Insurance Company on accelerated bookbuild

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Varma Mutual Pension Insurance Company, a Finnish pension insurance provider, on the sale of its entire shareholding of 40,586,490 existing Class B shares in Atrium Ljungberg AB (publ) to Swedish and international institutional investors through an accelerated bookbuild offering.

The shares were sold at a price of SEK 27.35 per share, corresponding to a total consideration of approximately SEK 1.1 billion.

The White & Case team which advised on the transaction was led by partner Mikko Hulkko and included associate Krista Enarvi (both Helsinki).
