White & Case advises Vauban Infrastructure Partners on acquisition of Nordics wind farm portfolio

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Vauban Infrastructure Partners on the 100 percent acquisition from Green Investment Group of Nordic Renewable Power Holding, a portfolio of three wind farms in Norway and Sweden with 40 wind turbines and an aggregated capacity of approximately 170MW.

The acquisition of the three fully operational wind farms was carried out via CI IV Sweden Holding AB, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Core Infrastructure IV Sàrl, which is owned by Core Infrastructure Fund IV SCA SICAV-RAIF and Core Infrastructure Fund IV SCSp, of which Vauban Infrastructure Partners is the management company.

The White & Case team which advised on the transaction was led by partner Amaury de Feydeau (Paris) and included partners Tim Sheddick (London) and Henrik Wireklint (Stockholm), counsel Willem Van de Wiele (Brussels & Luxembourg) and associates Tsveta Pencheva (Paris), Ludvig Eriksson, Omid Dares (both Stockholm) and Scott Goldner (Brussels).
