White & Case advises VINCI on issuance of bonds exchangeable into existing Aéroports de Paris shares

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised VINCI on its €500 million issue of senior unsecured bonds due 2031 exchangeable into existing ordinary shares of Aéroports de Paris.

The net proceeds of the offering will be used for general corporate purposes.

The White & Case team in Paris which advised on the transaction was led by partners Séverin Robillard and Boris Kreiss and included partners Max Turner and Cyril Valentin and associates Paul-Grégoire Longrois, Romain Bruno and Claire Sardet.
