Cyril Valentin is a partner and head of tax practice in Paris.

Recognized as one of the most prominent tax lawyers in France, Cyril advises a range of international and domestic corporates, financial institutions and investment funds on the tax-related aspects of cross-border and domestic public and private mergers and acquisitions, reorganisations, leveraged buy-outs, financings, restructurings and real estate investments. He also has extensive tax litigation experience in the French tax courts and the Court of Justice of the European Union.

Prior to joining White & Case in 2026, Cyril Valentin was a partner and head of tax in France at a leading international law firm since 2005.
