Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors in Pine Gate Renewables, LLC’s chapter 11 restructuring in the US Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas.

The White & Case team advised the Committee on a multitude of complex issues that culminated in confirmation by the bankruptcy court of a consensual chapter 11 plan that addressed US$7 billion of indebtedness.
