Adnan advises private equity firms, other financial sponsors and alternative capital providers on a range of transactions including acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, equity investments and co-investments and other corporate matters.
Prior to joining White & Case, Adnan worked for a magic circle firm in London, where he also spent six months on secondment in Milan.
