Ahmed has a range of experience advising Egyptian and international clients on a wide array of M&A activities, spanning from cross-border acquisitions to joint ventures, and reorganizations across all sectors, in addition to capital markets transactions, including IPOs.

Representative transactions include:
Represented Titan Wealth Services Limited in its acquisition of AHR Holdings, one of the largest financial advisory services companies in the UAE offering marketing leading cross border financial advisory services.
Represented EFG and FAB on the c. $575 million initial public offering and Abu Dhabi Exchange (ADX) listing of Alef Education.
Represented Spinneys on its $375 million IPO and listing on the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) listing.
Represented Orascom Construction in the EGP 1.8 billion sale of a majority stake in its buildings chemicals subsidiary, MBCC group companies in Egypt and Algeria to Sika group.
Represented a syndicate of four leading international banks in connection with a sustainability linked international project financing being provided into the Egyptian mining sector.
Represented African Export-Import Bank in connection with its acquisition of a land plot for the establishment of its headquarters in the New Administrative Capital.
Represented Paymob International, a leading regional electronic payment services provider, on its joint ventures to develop an electronic payment platform in each of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Sultanate of Oman.
