Albrecht is a local partner in our global M&A and corporate practice based in Frankfurt.
He focuses on private equity deals and national or cross-border mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures.
Before joining White & Case in November 2022, Albrecht spent several years working in the private equity department of another major international law firm.
