Biography
Alexander is an associate in the Mergers & Acquisitions / Private Equity practice group in the Firm's Frankfurt office.
He advises in the areas of national and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions as well as corporate law.
Prior to joining White & Case as an associate 2025, Alexander gained practical experience by working as a research assistant and trainee lawyer for renowned international law firms in Munich and Berlin in the fields of M&A / Private Equity and Corporate Law.
