Biography
Alexander is an Associate in the Private Equity team in our Global Mergers & Acquisitions practice based in London.
He has experience advising both domestic and international clients on a broad range of private equity transactions, including complex cross-border acquisitions, disposals, investments, equity structuring, and other general corporate matters for sponsor-owned portfolio companies.
Alexander joined the Firm in 2022 as a trainee and has spent time in the Real Estate Finance and Financial Restructuring and Insolvency teams in London. He also spent six months in the Firm's Tokyo office in their Energy, Infrastructure, Project and Asset Finance team.
