White & Case advises Imker Group and Olympia Group on sale of Entersoftone

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Imker Group and Olympia Group on their agreement to sell Entersoftone, a leading Greek enterprise software and technology group, to Hg, a leading investor in European and transatlantic software and services businesses. The transaction values Entersoftone at around €1 billion.

As part of the transaction, Imker Group and Olympia Group will reinvest a significant portion of their proceeds into Entersoftone. The transaction represents a significant milestone for the business and supports its continued growth and expansion across the region.  It is expected to close later in 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.

Entersoftone was established through the strategic merger of Entersoft and SOFTONE and provides a comprehensive portfolio of business management software solutions and services and payroll products. The group operates across Greece, Cyprus, Bulgaria and Romania, serving a broad range of corporate clients across South-East Europe.
