Biography
Andrea is a partner in the Financial Restructuring and Insolvency Practice at White & Case in New York. She represents debtors, ad hoc groups, creditors, investors, and other stakeholders in complex restructurings and out of court transactions, and has substantial experience across cross-border transactions, Chapter 11 and Chapter 15 cases, and liability management and other capital solutions transactions. Andrea has worked on some of the most high-profile and closely watched restructurings in recent years, giving her a broad perspective across the capital structure and in sophisticated multi-jurisdictional situations. Andrea was recognized as an Outstanding Young Restructuring Lawyer by Turnaround & Workouts (2026).

DISH DBS Corporation and affiliated debtors (2025-2026)
Representation of DISH DBS Corporation, DISH Wireless L.L.C., and their respective subsidiaries in their chapter 11 cases filed to address approximately $11.75 billion of DISH DBS's funded debt and billions of dollars of additional claims asserted against DISH Wireless related to the decommissioning of DISH Wireless's 5G network following the sales of wireless spectrum licenses by DISH Wireless's parent company, EchoStar Corporation, to AT&T and SpaceX.
PosiGen (2025-2026)
Representation of PosiGen Developer LLC, a Houston-based provider of affordable solar and energy efficiency services, and its affiliates in connection with its chapter 11 proceedings in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas.
WOM S.A. (2023-2025)
Representation of WOM S.A., a large wireless telecommunications company in Chile, and certain of its affiliates, with respect to the cross-border restructuring of over US$1 billion of unsecured debt in their chapter 11 cases in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

Representation of global pure-play renewable energy company Mainstream Renewable Power in the cross-border restructuring of US$1.5 billion in liabilities which resolved insolvency proceedings and related litigation in the US, Chile, Ireland and Spain.
The Hertz Corporation (2020-2023)
Representation of Hertz Global Holdings, Inc. and certain affiliates in their chapter 11 cases and global restructuring matters. Hertz completed its successful chapter 11 restructuring and its plan of reorganization became effective on June 30, 2021. This representation is one of the highest profile restructurings arising from the COVID-19 pandemic and one of the most successful chapter 11 and international reorganizations in recent history.
Constellation Oil Services Holding S.A. (2019)
Representation of Constellation Oil Services Holding S.A., provider of oil and gas contract drilling and production services in Brazil, in its restructuring of approximately US$1.5 billion of debt under project financing and working capital facilities and senior secured and unsecured notes through insolvency proceedings in Brazil and the British Virgin Islands and recognition proceedings under Chapter 15 in the United States.

Hornblower Group (2024)
Representation of Deutsche Bank AG New York Branch, as sole lead arranger and lender, in connection with a US$300 million Senior DIP credit facility provided to certain subsidiaries of Hornblower Holdings LP in connection with their commencement of Chapter 11 proceedings in the US Bankruptcy Court.
Carvana (2022-2024)
Representation of an ad hoc group of creditors in Carvana's $5.7 billion debt exchange, a concurrent cash tender offer, an at-the-market equity raise, founder equity investment, and solicitation of consents to amendments of existing indentures.
Celsius Network LLC (2022-2023)
Representation of the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors in the Chapter 11 case of Celsius Network LLC in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York, acting as the fiduciary for 1.7 million account users that used the Celsius platform before its bankruptcy filing.
Luminator Technology Group (2022)
Representation of one of the largest credit-oriented alternative asset managers in connection with the Thirteenth Amendment to the Luminator Technology Group Credit Agreement. Certain of the client's funds own a majority interest in Luminator Technology Group, LLC and the Thirteenth Amendment provided the company with additional term loans for liquidity purposes.

Representation of an ad hoc group of lenders in connection with the subscription for preferred stock and a US$900m senior secured exit financing in connection with the recapitalization of RiverbedlAternity by way of Delaware Chapter 11 proceedings.
Seadrill Limited (2018, 2021)
- Representation of the coordinating committee of agent banks and export credit agencies representing holders of US$5.6 billion of senior secured indebtedness across 12 credit facilities in connection with the restructuring of the liabilities and obligations of Seadrill Ltd., and its affiliates. The result of that restructuring provided a significant structural improvement for senior lenders, the negotiation of settlements that attracted more than US$1 billion of new capital, and the re-profiling of Seadrill's capital structure.
- Representation of the coordinating committee of facility agents and export credit agencies representing holders of more than US$7.4 billion of senior secured indebtedness across 13 credit facilities in the restructuring of the liabilities and obligations of Seadrill Limited, one of the world's largest offshore oil drilling companies, through Chapter 11 proceedings and a Bermuda scheme of arrangement.
