Specialised in advising clients on the application of a range of environmental laws and product-related regulatory regimes, with a special focus on chemical laws (e.g. REACH, CLP and PIC), emission control, water and soil protection law as well as mining law, as well as advising on the allocation and management of environmental liability risks and their contractual attribution in the context of project developments and financings, MA-transactions and joint ventures.
