Aparajita Pande is an associate in the New York office. Aparajita works with the Firm's Mergers and Acquisitions practice, representing corporate clients and private equity funds in domestic and global mergers, acquisitions and equity investments in a broad range of industries. Aparajita is also an active member of the firm's Asian Affinity Network.
Aparajita earned her Juris Doctor from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law and her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Sociology from the University of California, Berkeley.
Prior to law school, Aparajita worked in STEM education research, supporting formal and informal learning opportunities for youth. She continues to pursue her interest in education and the public interest through her pro bono work, assisting non-profit organizations in the New York region.
