Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised CoinShares International Limited (CoinShares) on its initial US listing valued at US$1.2 billion, effected through a completed business combination between CoinShares International Limited, Vine Hill Capital Investment Corp., and the newly formed holding company CoinShares PLC (previously Odysseus Holdings Limited).
CoinShares is a leading global asset manager specializing in digital assets with more than US$6 billion in assets under management. Its ordinary shares are now listed on Nasdaq in the United States under the ticker symbol CSHR.
