Biography

Overview

Ariq advises sovereigns and private companies in international disputes across various arbitral forums. His experience also includes representing clients in commercial litigation in U.S. courts, including under the Securities Act and the Exchange Act. His pro bono practice encompasses matters of public international law and U.S. constitutional rights.

Ariq was the Editor-in-Chief of the Harvard Human Rights Journal and Executive Editor of the Harvard International Law Journal. He was also part of the Harvard Jessup moot court team, winning the Baxter Award for the Best Memorial as well as the award for the Best Applicant.
